Order Processing

All Thread Therapy products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $65 within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times, we will do our best to help resolve any shipping issues.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement if appropriate.
